Day 1 - Nassau to Highbourne Cay 35nm

Embark in Nassau and cruise into the Exumas, where the water quickly turns that signature electric blue. Arrive at Highbourne Cay and spend the afternoon swimming or relaxing onboard.

A gentle introduction to the Exumas and the start of a much more remote-feeling week.

Recommendation: Dinner onboard or at Xuma Restaurant.

Day 2 - Highbourne Cay to Norman's Cay 10nm

Cruise south to Norman’s Cay, home to the famous sunken plane wreck – perfect for snorkelling straight off the yacht.

Spend the day exploring the area or relaxing in the shallow, clear water.

Recommendation: Lunch onboard; casual drinks or dinner at MacDuff’s (if open) or onboard.

Day 3 - Norman's Cay to Warderick Wells 20nm

Cruise into the Exuma Cays Land & Sea Park, one of the most protected and pristine areas in the Bahamas.

Spend the day hiking to panoramic viewpoints, snorkelling, or enjoying completely untouched anchorages.

Recommendation: Full day onboard – this is all about nature.

Day 4 - Warderick Wells to Staniel Cay 20nm

Cruise to Staniel Cay, one of the most well-known stops in the Exumas.

Visit Thunderball Grotto (great for snorkelling) and spend the afternoon exploring nearby cays or relaxing onboard.

Recommendation: Lunch at Staniel Cay Yacht Club.

Day 5 - Staniel Cay to Big Major Cay then Compass Cay 10nm

Start the day at Big Major Cay to visit the famous swimming pigs – one of the most iconic experiences in the Bahamas.

Continue to Compass Cay, where you can swim with nurse sharks and enjoy calm, protected waters.

Recommendation: Lunch onboard; relaxed dinner onboard or simple marina restaurant.

Day 6 - Compass Cay to Shroud Cay 15nm

Cruise north to Shroud Cay, one of the most unique stops in the Exumas.

Explore mangrove channels by tender, walk to deserted sandbars, and enjoy some of the clearest water in the region.

Recommendation: Full day onboard with a long lunch set up on a sandbar.

Day 7 - Shroud Cay to Rose Island 35nm

Cruise back towards Nassau, stopping at Rose Island – a beautiful stretch of coastline just outside the capital, with clear water and quiet anchorages that still feel removed from the mainland.

Spend your final full day swimming, using water toys, and enjoying a long, relaxed lunch onboard. With no need to rush into port, this is a perfect last day to properly enjoy the yacht.

Recommendation: Full lunch onboard with a beach set-up or a relaxed stop at Sandy Toes Beach Bar.

Day 8 - Rose Island to Nassau (Disembarkation) 5nm

A short morning cruise back to Nassau with breakfast on deck and time to soak up the last of the Caribbean before disembarking late morning.
